Acedia

Acedia is a German progressive hard rock band formed in Mönchengladbach in 2022. The group's lineup includes Patrick Kopiec, Fabian Witeczek, Felix Elsenbruch and Nikita Seldkin. Alongside singer Nils Röben (Fathers & Son), the band had their first performance in Mönchengladbach in the summer of 2023. After that, the collaborative partnership with Nils came to an end.

The band's music revolves around the core of Hard Rock, but it's infused with diverse influences from various genres. The result is a captivating blend that marries the powerful essence of Hard Rock with elements drawn from blues, metal, alternative rock, and even funk. Their guitar-driven riffs maintain the raw energy while incorporating nuances from different musical realms.
